🎄 Karista Mortgage Holiday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 🎄

By entering the Karista Mortgage Holiday Giveaway, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • The giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.
   • Employees, agents, or affiliates of Karista Mortgage are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must:
     1. Follow the Karista Mortgage Facebook social media page (if they aren’t already).
     2. Post a photo of your favorite Christmas tree ornament in the comments section.
     3. Entries must be received between December 4-10, 2024.
     4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple comments from the same person will not increase their chances of winning.
3. Prize:
   • There will be 2 winners, and each winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
   • Winners will be announced on December 12, 2024, via Facebook, and will be contacted via Direct Message. A phone call might be conducted to verify the winner.
   • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited.
5. Notification:
   • Winners will be contacted directly via Direct Message on Facebook.
   • Winners must make sure to follow Karista Mortgage so we can connect with them in case they win. They need to provide the email address where we’ll send the Amazon e-gift card.
6. Publicity:
   • By entering, participants grant Karista Mortgage permission to use their names, social media handles, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   • This may include posting the winners’ names on social media channels and other marketing materials.
7. General Terms:
   • Karista Mortgage reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the rules, or acting in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the giveaway.
   • Karista Mortgage reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time if necessary, including in the event of fraud or technical failures.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   • By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Karista Mortgage, Meta, and any associated parties from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.

   • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta. By entering, participants confirm they are 18+ years old, release Meta of any responsibility, and agree to the terms of the giveaway.
10. Data Privacy:
    • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
11. Governing Law:
    • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
