You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Karista Mortgage is responsible for the personal information under its control and our Chief Technical Officer (“CTO”) oversees our efforts to comply in all material respects with applicable privacy legislation and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
